Be That TV is a television series. It takes the form of a talk show, based on the topical life discussions of Be That Woman, which has since progressed into other areas including Be That Man, Be That Marriage and Be That Family.

Our host Jo Bouris is joined by psychologist Sarah Harriott along with guest panelists to discuss common challenges facing everyday people in the context of modern society. Each episode aims to delve deeply into a thoughtfully selected topic by exploring different perspectives and the impacts they have on our lives and the world in general.

Our goal is to engage viewers to stretch their thinking and connect with those in their own spheres of life by starting conversations that are intentional and empowering. It is our hope that through this series, we can provide a platform that will encourage and inspire you to live a fulfilling life with meaningful relationships and find freedom in doing so.

“Jo Bouris has been working in radio and television for the past 14 years on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Sydney!

She is married to Nathan and mother to Mia, Evie & Jake. When she’s not at work, (Breakfast Anchor for Salt 106.5) you will find her driving the kids around, trying to reading a novel, working out at the gym, debriefing on parenting (and laughing) with friends, walking the beach or juggling all the domestic duties that come with family life!

She is a self confessed coffee snob, a fan Seinfeld, loves to cook & sing at church. She is passionate about charity work, loves inspiring quotes, doesn’t believe in dieting & feels like she never gets enough sleep!”
